    • in indonesia we have this form to assess an article for promotion process,
    • but the score are based on the form of the publishing medium (books or journal articles) and which journal to publish in,
    • prerequisite: an article published in certain kinds of journal.
  • value non-journal article outputs, especially those which targeted to community outreach.
    • these outputs are normally have a very low score as low as 1,
